Sean's passion for training shone through clearly during our sessions. I found our training time to be focused on sustainable growth and habit-building. He took his time working through my form before ramping up the intensity, and took great care to ensure that I wouldn't injure myself.
Sean is also constantly learning about the profession, and is more than happy to explain why he chooses certain exercises over others. Whenever I would approach him with a new goal or idea, he would either already know how to approach a workout plan, or would take time to refer to research and come back.
